CATEGORIES OF GUEST & TARIFF DETAILS 

There are two categories of guests according to which accommodation is made available to guests:-

 (i)                 Category A: Official Guests                    (ii)    Category B: Non-Official Guests

 

(i)                 Category A: Official Guests

 

A-I

 

Members of Executive Council, Syndicate, Finance Committee, Academic Council, Examiners, Experts, Resource Persons and any other such person invited by the University for Official work.

 

A-II

 

Participants of seminar / workshop / symposium / conference / training programmes/official meetings organized by the University.

(ii)              Category B: Non-Official Guests

 

B-I

 

Guests from other Institutions/Universities of the State/Country.Research Scholars/Students from other Universities/Institutions visiting the University/State for Research Work/Newly admitted students.

 

B-II

 

Personal guests of University Employee(s) visiting the University/State for personal visit.

 

 

Note: The allotment of rooms shall be strictly in the order of preference mentioned above. The University has the rights to accept or reject any request/application without assigning any reason.
